This comfortable family home offers five en-suite bedrooms (2 Twin and 3 Queen), three lounges and an outside braai area. Protea 29 is a stone's throw from swimming and surfing beaches, rock and tidal pools. The a quaint village of Hermanus is just a few kilometers away where you can explore an assortment of village restaurants, craft markets, boutiques, bars, art galleries, charming little shops, as well as two of the most popular golf courses in South Africa.

Accommodation
The house has five comfortable en-suite bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have queen-size beds, and two bedrooms have twin beds.
All the en-suite bathrooms have showers as well as baths, except one with a shower only. There is ample cupboard space and a dressing table in each bedroom. There is a guest cloakroom downstairs.
Upstairs there is a very spacious, comfortable lounge, a kitchenette, and a balcony with a dining room table and a view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, as well as a dishwasher. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine.
There is ample, secure parking available on site.
Attractions
Protea 29 is an ideal base from which to explore one of the world's most magnificent eco-destinations with whale watching from land or boat, great white shark cage viewing and diving from Gansbaai, bird watching by river boat on the Stanford River, mountain and fynbos walks in the Fernkloof nature reserve, dune horse riding, or visiting the penguin colony and Harold Porter Botanical Gardens at nearby Betty's Bay.
A little further afield and easy day trips include wine tasting at the many wineries in the area, 4X4 driving trails, the southernmost tip of Africa at Cape Agulhas, the caves and beach at De Kelders, the Mission station at Elim, the picturesque Kassiesbaai fisherman's village at Arniston and the historic Greyton and Genadendal rural villages.
